    Our uniformed couriers come to your office regularly (for example on a weekly basis) and collect your latest back-up data on tape or CD. It is then stored in special containers and transported to our Data Facility for safe-keeping. Tapes with older data can be returned to you for re-use.

    Tapes and disks are vulnerable to humidity, magnetic fields and extreme temperatures. Our facilities are designed to ensure that your media are stored in ideal conditions at all times.
